Sarah and I had a conversation about this same thing a while back. About how we can be home with our kids but still not spend any time with them. You know, like when we are so busy with laundry, dinner, and blogging!!

I am with you! I choose the most important thing - my boys!! Life is way too short to keep a spotless house!!! :-)Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00348121177245784622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8555089897918282960.post-26509240294011760442007-08-28T22:32:00.000-05:002007-08-28T22:32:00.000-05:00Amen, Sister!Amen, Sister!Liz***https://www.blogger.com/profile/07352308052064860424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8555089897918282960.post-41576927357595460552007-08-28T11:20:00.000-05:002007-08-28T11:20:00.000-05:00It's so true that it's not about the quantity of t...It's so true that it's not about the quantity of time you spend with your children, but the quality. I admit I have a bit of the 'selfish bug' too, and can sometimes be dound emailing or blogging whilst nursing my 4month old! It's shocking, I know. Your post made me realise I should be enjoying these quiet moments alone with my daughter and that I should just 'be' in the moment. Thank you! xxxAlliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10428924546303667294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8555089897918282960.post-45352558870942810492007-08-27T12:48:00.000-05:002007-08-27T12:48:00.000-05:00Good reminders. They are so much more self reliant now, and sometimes I allow myself to feel justified in reading blogs or looking at decorating magazines, but the fact is, I am still mommy and they want to be with me. I have some repenting to do... (and I love "motherhood is a marathon, not a sprint". That one is going on the fridge!)Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04023662613621208356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8555089897918282960.post-18145693789337194512007-08-26T20:52:00.000-05:002007-08-26T20:52:00.000-05:00Love this Post.
